General ConditionsBy installing or using the
OneControl App, you confirm your agreement with these Terms of Use. We strongly recommend reading them carefully before using the Service.
All rights to the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property, remain the property of
OneControl (“we”, “our”, “us”).
You are not permitted to copy, modify, or reuse any part of the App or our trademarks. Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App is strictly prohibited. The same applies to translating the App into other languages or creating derivative works based on it.
The App may store and process personal information you provide in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for securing your device and ensuring access to the App is protected.
Data Usage and Third PartiesIn some cases, we may share certain usage data with trusted third parties (such as Apple) to improve functionality, monitor performance, and meet platform requirements. This may include information such as:
- how you interact with the App,
- device type and system information,
- performance and stability metrics.
Network and ResponsibilityWe are not liable if the App fails to function correctly due to lack of internet access or if your data allowance is exhausted.
If you use the App outside a Wi-Fi network, your mobile operator’s terms and charges still apply. You may be charged for mobile data usage or roaming fees when using the App abroad. By using the App, you accept responsibility for such costs.
If you are not the account holder of the device, we assume you have received the bill payer’s consent to use the App.
Updates, Changes, and AvailabilityWe reserve the right to update, change, or introduce charges for certain features of the App at any time. If any fees are introduced, we will make sure to inform you clearly in advance.
Although we aim to keep the App accurate and up to date, we rely on third-party sources and therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted accuracy. We are not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, caused by reliance on the App’s functionality.
You agree to install updates whenever they are provided to keep the App working as intended.
We may also discontinue the App and stop providing the Service at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination:
- your rights and licenses under these Terms will end,
- you must stop using the App and remove it from your device.
Subscriptions & PaymentsThe App offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan – $6.99 per week, includes a free 3-day trial
- Yearly Plan – $29.99 per year
Billing & Renewal:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase (or after the free trial ends, if applicable).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing another subscription.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings. If you cancel, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Changes to These TermsWe may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continued use of the App after updates means that you accept the revised Terms.
